Student residences (or “coliving”) offer warm, welcoming living spaces where everyone has also their own personal space (from T1 to T3, fully furnished), as well as shared spaces for a multitude of innovative services (coworking space, fitness room, etc.). This formula is perfect if you want to be independent, but still have the chance to meet and share convivial moments with your neighbors in Bordeaux.
Located in Bordeaux, opposite the Pellegrin hospital and a stone’s throw from tramway line A, this residence is 25 minutes from the Alliance Française by tramway and 17 minutes by bicycle.

To reserve accommodation in a student residence, you need to complete a rental application. Here are the documents we need:

In France, a guarantor is required to become a tenant. You can choose a physical guarantor (income requirement on French soil, earning 3 times the amount of the rent, permanent contract, excluding trial period) or a paid guarantee system such as Garantme (conditional on payment of one month’s rent).
An administration fee of €350 applies and a deposit of one month’s rent is also required.
